About the event
The pirate captain Flaminia chases down her adversary Pantalone, who has returned to the home of his long lost daughter Lucia seeking her inheritance. Flaminia, who dreams of the comforts of home, and Lucia, who dreams of adventure, are instantly smitten. Lucia runs away to sea with Flaminia. Angered by this, Pantalone kidnaps Lucia, with the help of his discount bodyguard Capitano. Miscommunications, despair, and chaos ensue as the lovers try to find each other. All is resolved by a surprise reveal from Arlecchino. Lucia becomes part of Flaminia’s crew, and Pantalone and Flaminia vow to continue battling each other on the high seas.
